Breakfast with excellent omelettes made by a wonderful chef and so called freshly squeezed juice-tasted like from the box, for example. Competent staff, nicely furnished, tastefully decorated rooms with a view of the castle.

tbh, had a luxurious stay for a business trip. every detail was perfect and i truly enjoyed it. location: the hotel was next to a castle on the grounds, the lake, downhill, and very close to the malpensa airport yet removed from the city. had tea and goodies at mondo latte, nestled 1 mi of the property.

Everything we need was provided and the staff presence was not too obvious. The service at the restaurant was also excellent and the price reasonable. Cannot say this very often about hotel restaurants.

Church bells - too much to hear them every 30 minutes all night through but I know it's part of local culture and not something the hotel can change.

We were fortunate to secure a room in a building adjacent to the beautiful Castello. The cozy room in the Clock Tower provided a romantic and unique experience. The park lounge served delightful cocktails, and the restaurant offered a delicious lunch. The main building impressed with its amenities and a lovely terrace. The staff was always friendly and helpful. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful weekend getaway.

Excellent facilities, and adding a pool and spa etc. Fantastic helpful and friendly staff, gourmet but unpretentious dining, and just wait till you see the light show in the gigantic shower. Luxurious bed, linens and decor. This is exactly where you want to be at the end of a long busy travel day.

We had a fantastic stay at Castello Dal Pozzo. The staff went above and beyond to make our experience memorable, especially during our birthdays. They helped arrange special celebrations and made us feel very comfortable. The location of the hotel, nestled in a beautiful park, offers picturesque views and a peaceful atmosphere. The rooms were elegantly decorated in a romantic, old-style fashion. We also enjoyed a delicious breakfast and had a wonderful dining experience at Dan's restaurant, surrounded by the castle's garden. The hotel's upcoming expansion of a wellness center will surely add to its charm.

The staff were very helpful. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The outside garden and balconies were inviting.

I did not like the construction. I could not determine where the actual castle was located.

Everyone was very attentive and the breakfast was perfect. Booked a room with incredibly beautiful views of the lake. The hotel had a beautiful location to a nice nearby restaurant. Good choice of restaurants to eat close by, like Pizzeria Speedy Gonzales that was only 10 minutes' walk away.

The breakfast was perfect and good with a lot of good food. The location was comfortable and peaceful for traveling around Oleggio Castello, very close to the lake, the Palace and a huge private park. It also was in the Clock Tower.

A mini-bar, satellite television, and climate control in the room and the exceptionally comfortable bed. Pleasant personnel and amazing location in a very beautiful park:)))

The hotel's location was convenient for us, as it was close to the airport. The room was spacious, and the shower was a neat idea. We enjoyed the nearby town, which had lovely shops and restaurants.

The staff wasted a lot of our time during check-in, which was a major letdown. On top of that, we were charged for basic items such as bottled water, which was not expected.

Really end of season no service at all. Very strange for a XXXXXL Not mentioned on site that wellness is closed
